My best bud had the swabber done twice, and he said its rather unpleasant, but worth the piece of mind. Yet, I recently met someone in the field, and brought up the subject, and they told me that they can do it by drawing blood as well. I'd opt for the latter, or just would rather not know. Yeah when I got the tests I have to mouth swabs and two lots of blood drawn. And I weed in a cup. Pretty painless overall. Just go in for a full spectrum, if you're getting one test done you might as well get them all and it'll hopefully avoid the penis swab.
