While it may not be a problem for experienced users, I think many teenage pot-newbs are both prone to having smoking induced anxiety while at the same time not emotionally prepared/able to deal with it, especially if they have no knowledge about smoking affecting people that way and don't recognize what's going on when/if it happens.
I think many smokers prefer to not talk about it, perhaps because they don't wanna think too much about it when they smoke or make others (like first-timers) think about it since it can ruin enjoyment, but on the other hand it sucks to experience something like it without any kind of knowledge something like it could happen. To me, it makes more sense to inform about the possibility and give some tips on how to deal with it, like you have.
