Which part would you like me to back up? I thought it was common knowledge in this day and age that the media(news in particular) manipulates statistics and singles out certain groups/individuals presenting them in the worst possible way, demonizing them and brain washing our society into thinking however they want us to. They choose what to report on based on what they think will sell and what they want us to believe.
