I never did like much what Hogarth did with Marillion from the late 80's onward, but 'Script..' and 'Fugazi' are the best neo-prog of the 80's without a doubt.

Still, its kind kind of a shame that Marillion and their ilk influenced so many bleh bands of the 90's and beyond, as they themselves were quite good for a time.
