The Latino vote has really never been close if I remember correctly. I'll search the numbers later.
As I've stated, me being from VA you from MA, we really have no idea how bad it is down there. From everything I've read, this is a direct result of the public outcry for help.
And as much of a draw it is for Latinos to rile up and vote, it's the same for the "Learn English of get out" crowd down there.
