I was feeling half confident, until the fat Spanish waiter came out with his comments about Atletico and how tired his players were. It's like he was making excuses before they got a pasting.

I wouldn't put my hopes on Wigan doing it, if they were at the JJB I'd be a lot more optimistic..

If we do lose the league today, it's been a solid effort. And if a couple of things went our way (I.E our defenders not dying at the same time, or Rooney getting injured towards the end of the season, if Rooney played the Chelsea game I believe we would've won that.) but it's better to lose the league on account of a few pieces of band luck than in Liverpool style..

Fingers crossed the Wigan do the business though if Liverpool are two shit to do it.
