More noise rock - The Mutators are always good, as well as AIDS Wolf. If you're looking for full blown noise check out Yellow Swans, but that has far less melody and structure than anything else mentioned so far.
props on mutators, not exactly a well known band. they have a split with night wounds, you should check them out if you haven't before.
