Schmeichel in goal, Keane, Ince, Kanchelskis, Hughes, Irwin etc. Also Bruce & Pallister were as solid an English centre half partnership as i think this leagues ever seen and of course they had the likes of Giggs, the Nevilles, Scholes, Butt and Beckham coming through the ranks. No wonder they were unbeatable.

In the 1992–93 Giggs wasn't coming through the ranks, he WAS the left winger. The footage of the Norwich game with him on one wing and Kanchelskis on the other bombing forward was just brilliant to watch. I would've been 2 when that season took place.
