Disturbing, sure, but stangely hilarious too, in a kind of 'this is disgusting - how am I finding this funny?!' way.
Henry was a great film as well, and I'll tell you what I enjoyed in a similar vein and that was Monster or whatever it was called - that one about probably the most infamous female serial killer of the last century. Haven't seen either in years though.
