Sorry, I'm really late with this, but it was midterm season for me and I've been super busy.

In the last trade, NumberNineDream sent me:

01. Round Robin - I'm the Wolfman
02. The Swanks - Ghost Train
03. Bert Convy - The Monster Hop
04. Archive King - The Vampires
05. Gary 'Spider' Web - The Cave (Part 1)
06. Tony Monstrosities - Igor's Party
07. LaVern Baker - Voodoo Voodoo
08. The Frantics - Werewolf
09. Jack and Jim - Midnight Monster Hop
10. Leroy Bowman - Graveyard
11. Jan Davis - Watusi Zombie
12. Lord Luther - I Was a Teenage Creature
13. Bunker Hill - Red Ridin' Hood and the Wolf
14. Igor and the Maniacs - The Big Green
15. Morgus and the Ghouls - Morgus the Magnificent
16. Kip Tyler - She's My Witch
17. Gary 'Spider' Web - The Cave (Part 2)
18. Mann Drake - Vampires Ball
19. Lou Chaney - Monster Holiday
20. Lee Kristofferson - Night of the Werewolf

Being a relatively young member of MB, I was excited to receive this because it contained an entire set of songs and artists that I had never heard before. On the flip side, because it was so old, the sound quality was quite poor which was a shame.

This compilation was a wonderful fantasy trip down macabre lane, I must say. Definitely something I'll keep in mind for the next time I host some kind of Halloween party. While listening to it, I couldn't help but reflect on our macabre culture today and it contrasts so starkly with this comp. It seems so pure, innocent, and good compared to what little modern Death Metal (and similar genres) I've heard. It's really a shame that youth went from enjoying stuff like this compilation to watching utter garbage like Twilight and New Blood. Our generation's macabre culture sucks.

Thanks NumberNineDream!
