The Stones 'Mick Jagger' has to be #1.
"Doesnt He"? I cant think of anyone else that comes to mind right away when I think of stage presence.
Elton John has all the flash! on stage a performer could want to use, but no one has the personality that Jagger has on stage in my opinion.
Then there is 'KISS', which is a combination of both aspects, flash & personality.
Still...Mick Jagger would be my first pick any day.
