cold water extraction filters out the acetaminophen from various pills that contain it. it works because something is water soluble and something isn't. with much of a tolerance, a higher dosage is required/desired. taking a high dose without filtering out the tylenol could do serious damage. if the liver gets clogged with the tylenol it then turns acidic and eats the **** out of you. i'm not sure what else could be filtered out as i have no experience with anything but vicodin filtering.
