I gotta go with Slayer.
I love them both. But I'm rather tired of the hype around Metallica, like everyone is expected to like them and its the favorite band of all hobby rockers running around.
And frankly I think they have gotten abit tired over the years. I prefer the old metallica.
Slayer on the other hand, never gets old.
