If she points the finger at him and accuses him then im not sure about this but i think they would need to be able to present sufficient evidence or reason to be permitted to test him, if he refuses to be tested voluntarily.
Ill tell you something though. If someone accused me of something like that then id let them test me as much as they wanted to. They can test me, they can search me, they turn my f
ucking house upside down if the alternative is to have that question mark hanging over my head. Why refuse a test that could clear your name of sexual assault charges if you didnt do anything?
