I don't find it that repetitive, it's not any more repetitive than the last album, but you know, it is funk inspired music, have you heard most funk music? It's purposely repetitive, going on and on without much variation. That's a trait of the genre. When done right that repetition serves to give the music a hypnotic quality, and that totally works with Remain in Light.

Yes, yes I am.

Like I said, I do like repetition when the melodies/rhythms/etc. are WORTHY of being repeated for a long time. Remain in Light seems devoid of worthiness. I know that repetition can lead to hypnotism and extreme interest, but that is not at all how I see the album.
