You do realise that child pornography is still illegal regardless of weither or not the girl consents right? If she is still a minor, she CAN'T consent.
Miley is still a minor so distribution of sexual content with said minor is illegal. Granted this is nothing graphic, it is only tiltilation, but so is a lot of stuff that's considered child pornography so if Billy Ray wasn't such a dumbass of a parent he could hire a lawyer who could then make a pretty good case to keep this video from being distributed.
Mr. Shankman certainly consented, and he should be in jail. Hopefully that'll keep him form making such sh*tty movies for a while.
I don't think it's offensive to call it child pornography, Miley is by our law, still a child, and if she engages in sexual activity that is child pornography. Weither or not she consents is unimportant because it's really about the example she is making for other girls her age. If we made it legal we would be making the statement that this kinda behavior is perfectly acceptable.
