Not really, I could post favourite albums from the 90s and then someone could post their favourite albums from the 00s. People can still comment on the lists and make lists of their own. Someone may do 1999 and then someone else might say that list is totally wrong, this is my list for 1999. It keeps it more specific to albums. I thought it'd be a nice idea and it's a challenge as well, to really think about your top 10 favourite albums for a year or decade. It just makes for a bit of fun listing, hardly dumb is it? Just another thread with lists of albums for fun.
