My favorite is Dark Moor when they had Elisa Martin.Simone Simons and "Mari" provide some of the best accompanying female vocals on Kamelot's Epica and The Black Halo records.I really like After Forever and Within Temptation -- both quality. I would also recommend Elfonia, whose violinist/vocalist Marcela Bovio performed on Ayreon's The Human Equation.
