The Glow Pt 2 is an almost perfect album for me.
Mount Eerie is great too; I need to hear more albums by The Microphones
I've heard most of the newer stuff he's releasing, under the name Mount Eerie. It's all very good, but not quite up to par with
The Glow Pt 2
