Not in that the music was bad, but there are so many good ideas in Chemical Brothers songs, but they rarely manage to turn them into solid songs. The only two songs that struck me as excellent were "Saturate" and "Galvanise."

Perhaps the most frustrating was "Out of Control" is builds has song great passages, but it is really missing something to turn it into a great song, rather than a bunch of ideas I'll get further at some point and see if they've sorted it out.
Brotherhood is a singles compilation though. To really get what The Chemical Brothers are all about you should pick up one of their studio albums. Get Dig Your Own Hole and listen to it from start to finish, you will be converted.
