For the record, jet fuel (JP-5) can and will ignite high density steel. It's referred to as a class d (or delta) fire. It cannot be extinguished by conventional methods.
But in other news, I do think there was government involvement in 9/11. Although it's impossible to determine what level of government was invlovled, and to what extent. I do know that the government will go to extreme measures to ensure it has public support to enforce their own agendas, and it just so happened that we end up invading an area of the world that has been a US target for a very long time. For more than one reason.
