I think the only unexpected boners I got were car-ride-boners. The bumps and vibration or something... But those are easy to play off when it's time to exit the vehicle... you get out of the car and re-tie your shoe laces.
Something to think about next time you see a guy getting out of a car who's doing that.
...or not. Don't think about that.
