This is what I think almost anytime I read one of Vanilla's posts! Christianity hasn't beaten pleasure out of you, Vanilla, which I think is a good thing, though I wonder how common it is.
I remember a Boston religious sect considered by most to be a cult that was very friendly toward me (hoping for an unlikely convert), so I went to quite a few of their social functions for a while, even a retreat! Their male leader preached about the sinfulness of his once wanting to kiss his wife with lust.
I thought to myself: eegads, how can anyone be part of this sect if kissing in "the wrong way"--with lust--isn't allowed?!
