You should probably wait a couple of years but I imagine you wont, so...
Your best bet is to find a 'Scratcher' - someone who works from home. They're gernerally kind of leniant. Or a backstreet Tattooist - you find the little, dirty looking ones will tattoo anything for cash.
Saying that, you go to either of those and the chances that you're left with something of bad quality and/or infections are pretty high. As everyone else said, you're better off waiting it out and going somewhere decent with somebody who is a 'proper' artist and will do the job well.
