Akira Yamaoka's Silent Hill OST is my favourite game soundtrack

Also enjoy the quiet and minimalist nature of the ICO soundtrack

Some of Kow Otani's stuff from the Shadow of the Colossus soundtrack was awesome.

Terry S Taylor also did some great stuff for the Neverhood and Skullmonkeys soundtracks
