Actually, it was Amelie that ultimately introduced to me him and made me look further into his work.
Another good soundtrack is from Les Choristes.
For those not already familiar, it's a french film about a man sent to work at an all boy's boarding school, and while there he forms a boy's choir. Bruno Coulais is responsible for the musical scores...very beautiful songs...so angelic...
