Well, I should think curly pubic hairs might very easily be turned into little dreadlocks!

I'm sure someone somewhere has done this. Yep...I just googled it, and found people can and DO have pubic dreads!

What would it say about the person? Probably that the person feels unique and likes his/her hair? I imagine it would feel a little lumpy, though...and might cause uncomfortable pulls.
