I have a tendency to think a bit too "big" and one day I decided to re-write Jesus' (big enough for ya?) Sermon On The Mount....Of course I realized he got it right the first time and had my humble pie (there was some apple in it aswell) so I changed the last verse, and....enough talkity read it yourself...

(C)

Blessed be the black, blessed be the white,
And blessed be those who really don’t give a sh*te
What colour, background shape or race,
And judge a man by the goodness in his face

For at human race’s demise people will say “Why didn’t we listen to him?”

Blessed be the music-makers
Excluding soulless pop fakers
For giving my life a bit of passion,
Or just showing how to be out of fashion.

For they shall sell out small bars across the country.

Blessed be the man struggling with addiction,
Whatever the circumstances of his affliction;
Drinking, drug-taking, fornication,
Working, living, innovation.

For they shall have a second, third, fourth and fifth chance.

And blessed be the one who writes this poem
From the comfort of his own home
Disregarding Jesus’ teaching
To ramble on with mindless preaching.

For he shall have his judgement in the end.

The last sentence of each verse (the "for they shall" part) is kinda spoken, and the music stops. I dont have a lot of music on it yet, but I usually use acoustic guitar or synths (or both if Im feeling "crazeeee") and have a riff that works...
pretty weird if u ask me but funny very funny
