Dinosaur Jr.-Ocean In the Way
Dinosaur Jr. is one of my favorite bands these days. I love the way the vocals and fuzzy guitars cut through and this week's song is no different. This is off of their album
Farm and what I love is the melancholy tone. While that may not seem like a compliment, it works for the slow, meditative pace and each note seems carefully picked for this song. I also think that the guitar is just great and the fills that J Mascis gives you can keep one hell of a foundation while still going off on its own.
