That doesn't really do anything for the employees working at the bars that do allow smoking...
All I'm saying is I think it should be pretty obvious that the lesser sacrifice to be made here is for smokers to simply take it outside or to a designated area. It shouldn't be a horrible loss even for the most chain-smoking of smokers. It's not like someone is asking them to quit their job.......
