Well, i think i would like to maybe put more thought into it if it was an interview for something I wasn't too experienced in, familiar with or knowledgeable about. Maybe just have a few things ready to talk about or questions or ask etc but yeah, i don't often do this. I didn't today and I am confident that it went very well.
Of course, i may not get the job. But if i don't then I really don't think that it will be because i interviewed poorly.
