That'd be more 'prog'-y. I mean, "Hey You" doesn't really have much of a progressive vibe to it at all, though a lot of the instrumentation and pacing in "SOYCD" is pretty progressive. For pretty much all of
The Wall, the progressive vein lies in the album being looked at as a whole, and not as individual tracks. Pretty much all of disc 1 in terms of single songs is not progressive rock, but if you look at it on a grander scope, then it sort of pulls it off. Recurring themes and whatnot.
