I've given her a chance, her music is just dull. From what I've seen as well, she seems really pretentious. Bangs on about her music being her art, which is fair enough I guess because music is an artform but she just came off as super pretentious the way she was talking about it.
I don't have any ill feeling towards her, I don't hate her or her music. I just find it really generic and dull. I'm really indifferent to her, I just don't think she warrents her mass success, but then again what Pop artist does? So good luck to her, at least she writes her own songs.
