Wow, one of these guys has dynamics in their style...
Randy Rhoads was more versatile, but I've seldom seen a guitarist who can shred pentatonics like Zakk can, and as clean as Zakk can. Plus if you watch his chicken pickin' and bluesy stuff, you'll gain a bit more respect for him. Plus that vid you posted was in 89, he's obviously improved leaps and bounds over time.

He's freakishly fast and proficient in the stuff he specializes in and plays with a lot of old school feel.
