System of a Down is on hiatus...they ended with Hypnotize/Mezmerize, which I think were great albums. I wouldn't be able to judge whether or not they are on the fall until they start making more music.
I completely agree with Incubus. They have been getting progressively worse with each album.
Korn isn't on the fall, they have fallen. I don't think you can get much worse or irrelevant than they are right now. Unless you are Fred Durst. Korn hasn't done anything that made waves since Untouchables...
