Lot of reggae from outside Jamaica is on the rise like: Pressure Buss Pipe, Ras Attitude, NiyoRah, Midnite (group), or Dezarie are all from the U.S. Virhin Islands.

Ziggi, Maikal X, Cornadoon are european reggae artists and can't forget Gentleman the german reggae star

Also heard of new reggae/dub producers from Belfast, Northern Ireland, known as Country Hifi making reggae with a classic influence but quite a fresh sound.
