How would we go about proving that? And what could we do that would rectify the situation? Based on what boo boo said during a conversation, he was not planning on changing his ways anyway, so it was inevitable.
And although I did not want people provoking him intentionally, it's a little unfair to ask an entire forum community to walk on eggshells out of fear of one person breaking another rule and getting banned for it.
