As a live sound tech Iv'e worked with the following:
The wailers (not marley, but shared a Guinness w/ ashton Barrett)
Doc Watson
Bela Fleck and the Flecktones
David Grisman
Billy Joel
Toots and the Maytals
The Pietasters
Richie Havens
H20
Midtown
10,000 Maniacs
Ani DeFranco
(and others)

I know personally:
Rusted Root
Gym Class Heroes
The Sutras
The Mighty Mighty Bosstones

I would rate meeting The Police a 6 on a scale of 1 to 5.
