I wouldn't go round saying Twilight is a favourite of yours, someone might get the wrong idea. You hear Twilight... You think gay vampires. XO and Either/Or are so superior to From A Basement on the Hill it's unbelievable.
I don't get how some people can't listen to music because of the vocals. If the lyrics the artist has written are good, then I'll listen. Don't let the vocals ruin a really atmospheric, hauntingly beautiful album.
I believe the album was recorded in a church in Leeds in one take.
