I really love that space rock of the 90s that was really close to post-rock and more ambient shoegaze like:

Labradford from their '95. album A Stable Reference


Flying Saucer Attack from the album Further (1995)


Jessica Bailiff - Even In Silence (1998)
I couldn't find any video on youtube from this album (maybe I'll up it myself)

And as for noise-rock turned space-rock, it doesn't get much better than Boredoms on their Vision Creation Newsun album

This track is actually a really hypnotic dance music. Just great. But the other tracks on the album are more spacey.
