The violin is a great instrument, duga! You can still learn! Someone who was in my orchestra started violin when she was around 30, and she's a much better player than I am now, I feel.

Thank you, kayleigh. I think the dress and violin are pretty classy, which probably makes a big difference. If I were a wiener dog in that dress and holding that violin in my teeth, I'd probably look classy!

Being considered like a grandmother is a high compliment! I had one grandma who was a darling, generous, kind person, and I'd be tickled to be like her.
Heh heh...wholesome, maternal, and caring. It does look that, doesn't it? I'd say I'm wholesome (except when I'm not), and I'm maternal (except when I'm not). And I really am usually pretty caring...except when I'm not.
But I'm also kinda stinky sometimes, and definitely getting wrinklier! And I forget the third thing RVCA mentioned grandmothers are like...so maybe it was forgetful, ha ha!

do need glasses. I was able to make out the black blur of the camera, though, without my glasses on. I chose not to wear my glasses because I felt they would marr the old-fashioned feeling of the picture. Or maybe I was just being vain!
