You can be happy and proud that you ended up with THAT pinky toe, as opposed to a slightly longer or slightly hairier pinky toe. As a straight man, I'm proud of my sexuality. It's something I had no choice in, but I'm happy with it.
Homosexuals have their gay pride parade to show they're proud of their sexuality, and to rejoice in it, and to draw attention to it, to normalise it.
So I don't see why Paloma, or anyone saying they're proud of their sexuality is a bad thing.
