Maybe meant he's the best at what he does, the whole Usher/Neyo everyone else jazz.
I like Usher, he's stood the test of time and I think he'll last. His early stuff was good but his new stuff isn't all bad.
Pop Ya Collar is a guilty pleasure though, first heard it in school and don't think I've yet to listen to it without bringing back a lot of memories.
