Long time MM user...but lately the lag and crashes are getting out of hand.
Also, and I've discussed this extensively on their forums, the 'shuffle' does NOT work for all 192k files I have. They can talk math all day but when I hear 3 songs by the same artist in an hour...consistently....something's ****ed up.
So, I've been reading these (mostly old) post here. Things change pretty quick as far as music software goes. There's always new apps starting up and old ones that never get updated and fall away. Think I'll try J Rivers next...their free trial is nice and, although I'll miss MM's ease of search and updating 'properties' of multiple files, J Rivers is quick as ****. And I've been saying for a while that I would pay money to have a fast, reliable media platform for my growing library.
