It was an example to discuss the "
quality vs popularity" criterion. I wanted to show how difficult to combine the two things is. Perhaps impossible. And since you said "
I could've put a bunch of 10 minutes solos up here that nobody's ever heard of", my response to that would be: Don't worry about that, go ahead with it, just choose the best solos according to your sincere opinion. Forget the "popularity", because it's impossible to please everybody. Furthermore, many members would be glad to hear songs unknown to them.
