Oh without a doubt, this proposition won't actually be introduced but It's interesting, at least.
The deployment of referee's to specific matches, based on form and reputation is something that is already in place and likewise I believe this also applies to which league a referee is appointed to. However clubs don't really seem to have any involvement in these decisions. Whether or not they should or not is arguable but given how frequently a manager is talking to the press complaining about decisions that have been made, would it really be such a bad thing simply to allow clubs to officially rate or rank the performance of the referee assigned to their matches?
