I agree with the other posts -- most new country music is fairly bland (just like about any other genre out there right now, can I say Kei$ha?)
There are some artists which are pretty good. What about Randy Houser? Or Eric Church? I'm a big Toby Keith fan myself...
I know even these artist have there cookie-cutter country songs, but they also have some GREAT ones.
