Wow, that's very good, especially the first one. You have everything there, like an exercise in what makes a compelling, successful composition. There's deep perspective, contrast of light and shadow that goes from deep black and shining white to their interplay, softening of edges. I like that. Straight lines and planes that deepen the space contrasted with that curved massive wall in the front that pulls the viewer in, closer to the dark hallway. The white slant of the ceiling makes a bridge between these planes and curves and helps make a balance, I feel.

The chair is a nice touch. It stops our eye for a moment before going down the dark hallway. It adds to the mystery, but since it's underneath that massive white slope, it feels weight, almost crushed. This especially adds to the overall uneasiness of the picture. Well done!
