10.0 was definitely just a shock-value. Knowing P4k's history with Kanye, they definitely legitimately liked it, but I'm pretty sure it's still just a shock-value kind of thing. The album has so many obvious flaws that I doubt even a Pitchforkist could look past, namely the fact that Jay-Z ruins any song he touches with his pomposity and general lameness. Plus 10.0 is typically an album they see as 'revolutionary' in some way... The review they wrote for Kanye's new album is just... Really boring and hard to read, like some of their other stuff. They definitely don't hold it up on that high of a pedestal.
