Nope. (unless the engine was in really bad shape and corrosion got inside the engine)
You'll just want to make sure the tires are at their proper pressure, get the oil and oil filter changed, maybe the tranny fluid too, and you may end up wanting to drain the gas tank and putting new fuel in it if the fuel in it isn't firing up when you try to start the car, although I'm not too sure about whether gas goes "stale" or not.
I wouldn't worry about the air filter, since the car hasn't been running.
Jump the battery if necessary. If it doesn't hold a charge after running the car for a while, you'll probably have to replace it. There should be an LED indicator light on the battery to let you know if it's still good.

When the fluids and oil filter are changed, run the engine for a good while so the oil distributes around the engine and everything warms up nicely, then take her around the block to make sure the transmission is doing what it's supposed to do. If everything checks out, you should be good.
